I was contacted by phone and asked a few initial questions (eligability to work, brief work experience, and about my interests in the role and company), then I was told about the position and the company. We made a date for a second interview by phone the following week. The questions were related to insurance knowledge, about how I conduct my self in my current role, and why I would be a good claims representative. We made a date for a second interview but it never materialized because of a communication error.
