Interview
got a call from the HR after applying online to schedule an interview. Then the interview manager call and confirm the interview. During the interview there were two person. Very regular question. After two days of interview got the job confirmation.
I didn’t expect the question to be related to customer service. Overall it was an eye opening experience. Just prepare for anything I would say not just the role you are applying for
Received an invitation to do a one way video interview a few days after applying. Respond to written questions by speaking to the camera plus a written response. Completed it and never heard back, no rejection but no follow up either.

First interview was one-way where you had to record your answers to questions that were prompted on the screen. There was 3 questions total followed by a task to write a professional email based on details provided.
