Assessment day with multiple exercises including a speed dating type of exercise with a number of managers. Also a mock phone call with a manager to assess applicants phone manner.

Interview
Had a workshop with RSA representatives, where they told us about the hiring process. You can find the open vacancies on their website and apply. The hiring managers will review your application and CV. If you are invited to the interview, make sure to use STAR method in your answers, they love that. After interview you will definitely hear from the managers and receive the feedback.
