I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Insight Global (Omaha, NE) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview was phone based - asked me things about my experience using SCCM, how to package and deploy Java, and several networking questions. They were not too difficult. I know I got some wrong, but I did it with style, so that answers seemed correct.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2016
Interview
The interview process was flawless. I had a great conversation with both the recruiter as well as the client manager beforehand. When I went in to the interview with the hiring company, I had been provided with a great amount of information and tips so as to maximize my chances to impress the hiring manager.
Throughout the process I'd spoken with several people from Insight - either on the phone as well as in person - and they were all universally professional, upbeat and positive.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard interview questions. Career experience, a bit of background history (hobbies, places you've lived, how was it there, nice weather and the like). Overall it was a great experience speaking with both the recruiters and the hiring company.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Antonio, TX) in Oct 2015
Interview
I received a phone call from a recruiter after I applied on line through Indeed.com. The recruiter was friendly and easy to talk to. They ran me through a bit of what the job entailed and then began asking questions on my experience. There were only a handful of questions from what I can remember but most were not difficult to answer if you have a solid background in the field you are applying for.
After that interview they got back with me a week or so later and had me come in to discuss the offer and accept the position. I went to the local office in San Antonio and met face to face to fill out paperwork and started the job a few days later.
