Insight Global Software Trainer interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me with hype of high pay and that I'm suited for her position that she's been having difficulty fulfilling. However, she then ghosts and doesn't respond to any emails, or phone calls. I'm not sure why recruiters do this, phish for sums of personal information, then ghost. I find her behavior to be unacceptable as its a waste of time.
