Insight Global Senior Software Engineer interview questions

The interview with Insight Global entirely depends on who your recruiter is, and the manager overseeing. Unfortunately, though the initial call went really well with the recruiter, the manager, who was difficult from the get go, was another story. She is not in fact tech knowledgable, but proceeded to quiz me on tech concepts. I passed every question, and she says, “Well, we can pass you to the client but it doesn’t look good based on your tech screen.” This was after she responded to question 2 with, “Did you just pull that off the internet?” Haha!!!! OK, well, glad I didn’t proceed due to whatever her deal is.

Initial call with recuriter, followed by a conversation with account manager. Then a client phone screen and interview with team. Very professional, described the position well. Kept giving updates throughout. Easy to approach.
