Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

The interview process was not a bad experience. The people I spoke with were all very kind and super easy to talk to. They were very organized and I enjoyed the conversations. I did get a little bit Of unusual feedback saying I was “a little chatty” when the interviewer beforehand told me to ensure I “conducted the interview” so not sure what happened there. Overall, the job didn’t offer a competitive salary with my current position so I did end the interview process after my second round.

Very relaxed interview process. The interview was very conversational and informative towards the history of the company. They will send you a list of prep questions, however from my experience these were not utilized.
