Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

They were very nice at first but I felt like it was uncomfortable and asked questions that I didn’t think pertained to the job. Lots of personal questions, that made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like I wasn’t able to be myself or show my capability.

Really long and drawn out - multiple rounds answering the same questions over and over. 4 rounds of interviews! My recruiter helping me out was great but by the end, I didn’t get the job and nobody gave me any sort of feedback as to why.
