Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

Interview process is a three-four stage process starting with an initial phone call, then a zoom meet where they're just trying to see who you are, then another zoom to tell you more about the company, and then finally being brought to the office to shadow and or make a presentation.

The interview was evaluated on 5 aspects: personality, work ethic, sales career oriented, teamwork, and culture. It was a very conversational interview. They are looking for eager, determined, enthusiastic individuals.
