The interview process was very personal and you can tell they really care about bringing only the right person into their company. There are multiple rounds, the first one being mainly focused on getting to know each other and not so much on the company.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global in Jul 2019
Interview
It was odd, rushed, and I felt like I had little to no detail on my role responsibilities. Only told me I will make a lot in sales which is fine but they didn’t elaborate much.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Saint Louis, MO) in Mar 2023
Interview
There was a phone screening, two Teams interviews, and a final in person interview. I had a recruiter at Insight Global guide me through the entire process and tell me if I made it to the next round. I made it to the final round, in which the regional manager left during the interview. When I was told I did not get an offer the feedback I received was that the regional manager did not think “I sold myself enough” during the interview. Odd feedback considering the regional manager didn’t stay for over half my interview.

Question 1
Why sales? This is the biggest one and the one they ask every single time.
