Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

1 phone screen with a recruiter, 2 rounds of interviews through Microsoft Teams. 1st round was a one-on-one with a manager asking basic interview questions. The 2nd round was a more of a in depth conversation about what the job entailed and your understanding of the position. After the second round I was told that they were moving along with another candidate even though they said that (at least in my interview) there would be next steps in my case. They are big about conversing through small talk in interviews with candidates.

It was a super smooth and accommodating interview process. Everyone involved was very open, honest, and helpful. Nice, friendly people who want you to do well and give you a chance to prove yourself.
