Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

After an intro call with a Talent Manager you are invited to a call with either a senior recruiter or an account manager. The interview felt very casual and they are looking for your personality and conversation skills. Even though I felt like my interview went really well, I did not make it to the next round.

It was very well organized and professional. I really enjoyed the process. Everyone was very inviting and kind. It feels more like a conversation than a job interview at times.
