Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

Joke. They were NOT interested in my skills or education. They basically wanted to know if I liked to get drunk every night. NOT a company you want to put on your resume. They lie about salary. It's commission based mostly, but they will not tell you that. If they aren't sure about you they will take you to lunch to see how you interact with people. It's pretty sick. They are watching your every move like you are an experiment. If you have half a brain you can get a better job, trust me on this. It was the biggest waste of time.

I received an initial phone call from a recruiter and she asked me very brief questions in regards to how I would describe myself and my previous job experience. She then scheduled me for in person interview later that week. I barely prepared and did zero research thinking it was all about personality. The guy interviewing me was the most bland person ever. He barely smiled or laughed and seemed nervous to be talking to me. He was asking the bast interview questions. Why do you want to work here, why recruiting? I didn't give the right answers and he was immediately uninterested in what else I had to say. My advice would be, come in prepared but really emphasize your outgoing personality.
