Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

I applied after seeing a post on LinkedIn. Soon after I had a brief phone call with a hiring manager, around 20 minutes. Then I had a zoom interview with a team member at the Philadelphia office that went well, around 45 minutes. Then, a final in person interview at the Philadelphia office. Office was beautiful, modern and sleek. I definitely got a bit of a cliquey feel which I did not like at all. Little bit like a sorority, felt extremely judged during. They really want you to get promoted as it is the main goal, not the kind of job you should do if you’re looking for a filler/rent payer. Happy I didn’t follow up because I’ve heard nothing but bad things from past employees.

The talent acquisition recruiter who initially reached out to me was very kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire phone call. She quickly got back to me regarding a follow up meeting.
