I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Baltimore, MD) in Sep 2012
Interview
Was contacted by a recruiter after putting my resume on Monster.com and Indeed.com. First round of interviews was strange- met with three individual people and our conversations led to extreme off topics and did not feel satisfied leaving the interview. Was then asked back for a final round of interviews. Waited to hear when I would need to come into the office all day, and they finally advised me to meet them for happy hour at a local restaurant.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
I had an interview on my college campus with Insight Global. Going into the interview I was a little skeptical, by the end of the interview I wanted to work for them. The recruiter was extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The first 10 minutes of the interview was casual conversation, letting him see my personality. After that, he said he loved my outgoing personality and went into my experiences. He said he wanted me to work with him in DC, but that wasnt my ideal location. He therefore made arrangements to interview in the city I preferred.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2013
Interview
Applied online through on campus recruiting, had an on campus interview at the career center. One on one, mostly behavioral questions and basic getting to know you type stuff. The girl was very nice and personable, felt more like a conversation. Basic personal questions about where you are from, major and interests.
