After graduation, I was contacted by an Insight Global recruiter. They made it seem as if what they had heard about me and knew about me by contacting fellow college alumni that I was the perfect fit for the job. I went out of my way twice to the office headquarters (traveling over 3 hours with money out of my own wallet) for the interview. Did not get the job offer and ended up finding out several other college classmates had done the same interview process with them, including the same places for lunch etc. and some even went on as many as four interviews traveling on their own time and money. Really made the job seem less special. Basically they take the whole pool of inexperienced graduates they can find then pick and choose as they want. All together, wasn't the right company for me.

Question 1
Name a time when you were faced with a difficult obstacle and how you overcame it and achieved success
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Boston, MA) in Sep 2013
Interview
I was interviewed over the phone first then was invited in for an in-person interview. I met with 5 people who all work in the office. They then invited me into their office to formally meet everyone else. I was then offered a second lunch interview where I met with 4 more current employees. I was offered the job shortly thereafter.

Question 1
The most difficult question for me is definitely what I want to do in my future because I am still somewhat unsure.
