I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Aug 2014
Interview
1. I was contacted through linked-in by a college recruiter. We had a brief phone interview on my background and details of the position.
2. I went into the office and met with four different account managers separately. It was all conversational. All four were super outgoing and type A personalities.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They didn't really ask me any questions to determine if I would be good at the job. They were just looking for a certain type of person who would fit in. It was a little unprofessional at times. One account manager started asking me about the cost of getting drunk in my college town compared to the big city. I love to party, but I didn't feel like it was appropriate for the interview. It made me uncomfortable.

Interview
I was an on campus interview, the man seemed very nice, none of the questions were not crazy hard. He seemed very interested in more of a causal chat then he did actually interviewing. It was overall an easy interview and as long as you do your reading you will be fine.

Interview
someone called from Chicago and set up interview with someone else. Told me it'd be conversational and to ask about their weekend. Trying to get a feel for who I am
