Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

Had a long phone interview..was told all about the company background, culture, and the position that I was interviewing for.I then was invited to Cincinnati for a one on one interview with the hiring manager. It was a very conversational interview,with a few difficult questions about what I am looking for in a company and why I would be good at sales.

Easy going, conversation like. Simple questions. Extremely friendly through out interview and asked what I did with my free time. Had a great interview and experience and have follow up at company hq.
