I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Columbus, OH) in Jan 2015
Interview
I reached out to my region's coordinator for more information via email. I told her my availability, but she proceeded to call me twice during a time I said I was unavailable, which I thought was really unprofessional and quite frankly, weird. I finally spoke to her, and it turned into me meeting with her supervisor for an interview. The actual interview was super awkward. The woman who interviewed me asked super general questions and it didn't really seem like she cared too much about getting to know me as a potential employee. It was a really weird experience.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
Three interviews. First was on campus and the second was at their office. I turned down the final interview because the job wasn't for me. Interviews are very casual.

Extremely quick and super friendly. The team really seems eager to get people up and going.
They are personal and are dedicated into making sure that this is the correct job for you. I thought it was interesting that money was brought up throughout the interview process.
