I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Scottsdale, AZ) in Mar 2015
Interview
First, you start by speaking with the corporate recruiter and go through a phone screen. The first interview, you sit and chat with the manager about your experiences, it's very conversational and casual. The final interview is with the manager again and it is a lunch interview where it is also a conversational interview over lunch, you return to the office and meet some of the senior account managers

Interview
I applied online. I was contacted by Carly from Florida who talked to me and told me that I would have an interview coming up.
Please check out their Instagram and Facebook page ... It seems like if you don't look like them you won't fit in. I am more than qualified for this position I have a degree and also have experience in marketing and building client relationships. I expressed to Rohan that with my knowledge and experience I was eager to continue to learn to be successful in my career. My decline email was also vague and I emailed Carly asking why and what I could do for the future that email went unanswered.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Jose, CA) in Aug 2013
Interview
they brought me in to make sure i was attractive enough to get the job (of course i was..)
good thing i am also intelligent and got out of there. the interview was mostly bringing in (flaunt) the attractive but unintelligent woman that worked in the office and make sure i knew that i would be working with good looking women. one guy told me he "hooked up with" most of the girls in the office, (he is sadly in upper management now...)
