I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
quick interview process, phone screen, 2 face to face interviews with a lunch at the last one, let me know their decision within a few days, began work the following week, started as soon as I could as they made it clear that was necessary, interview questions were set up to see if you could communicate effectively/hold a conversation well, wanted to see if your personality would mesh with their corporate culture
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Vienna, VA) in May 2015
Interview
The interview process was very professional and well thought out. The woman I spoke with was very knowledgeable about the company and knew her information coming into the interview. Overall it was a good experience.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Mar 2015
Interview
I met a corporate recruiter at a job fair. She wanted to sit down with me the next day on my college campus. After speaking at my college campus, she wanted me to drive to the Charlotte office for an interview the next week. I went and talked with 3 different employees who had a lot of information to offer. They really want you to ask all of the questions during the process. I was called back for a third interview. I also live 3.5 hours away from the office. The third interview was a lunch interview with a manager. My corporate recruiter told me to hold the conversation, which I did. After lunch, we came back to the office and I spoke with another girl who asked me why I wanted to go into sales. I had already been asked that same questions by 3 different employees during the entire interview process. I thought the lunch interview went well, but I was never called back. I also reached out to the corporate recruiter who had been with me through the entire process, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. I find it ridiculous that a company would make me drive a total of 14 hours for interviews and not have the decency to call and tell me why I didn't receive the position. I don't recommend applying to this company. You will waste your time and a lot of gas money in the process.
