I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Atlanta, GA) in Aug 2015
Interview
Standard interview procedure. Phone interview, followed by in-person interview, then a final interview. However, the final interview took place during happy hour, which was bizarre and quite awkward. We hardly even spoke of the job or company.
Didn't hear back from them for weeks--and never actually got a final yes or no, they just left me hanging.
Overall, they were nice, but strangely unprofessional. Throughout the entire interview process, they kept telling me to "relax and be myself," which only made me more uncomfortable.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
First had a phone interview after impressing the hiring manager she called me into a second interview, sat down with a 1 on 1 interview only took 20 minutes, a third interview was with a higher up .
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about youself, what is your greatest accomplishment, describe yourself in 3 words, what do you want in a job, how would you fit in .. Ask a lot of questions thats what they are looking for, also make the people laugh. They get really impressed by that.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Richmond, VA) in Sep 2015
Interview
The interview process started with a phone call from a recruiter, in-person interview at the office and then a happy-hour interview. The office interview went fantastic but the happy-hour interview was impersonal and the sales manager that I hit it off with the first time changed his attitude dramatically the second time.
