Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

Standard interview procedure. Phone interview, followed by in-person interview, then a final interview. However, the final interview took place during happy hour, which was bizarre and quite awkward. We hardly even spoke of the job or company. Didn't hear back from them for weeks--and never actually got a final yes or no, they just left me hanging. Overall, they were nice, but strangely unprofessional. Throughout the entire interview process, they kept telling me to "relax and be myself," which only made me more uncomfortable.
