I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global (Raleigh, NC) in Aug 2015
Interview
The interview was set up in a way that it didn't even feel like an interview after a while. They're really looking for people who can drive the conversation, so I had pre-written questions to ask about the job, their personal experience at the company, and what I can do to get the job. They asked about my past experience, but really we talked mostly about me, not my experience. The interview isn't hard, but they're really looking for a specific type of person: someone extremely driven while knowing how to have fun.

Question 1
What are you looking to get out of this opportunity?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Insight Global in Sep 2015
Interview
At first it was great, they invited me to their office, did a normal meet and greet but then they started bringing team members in two at a time. It seemed pretty normal but then it was group after group of two. I ended up meeting/being interviewed by 8 people by the end of the day. They brought me back one more time to meet with their director, nice guy, seemed a little full of himself and uninterested in interviewing me.

Question 1
What do you feel you can bring to the company?
What about IT staffing caused you to choose to interview for this position?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2015
Interview
I came in 5 minutes early to the interview and patently waited. A employee asked if I had been assisted and lead me to a room to wait. A number of employees came in an out of the interviewing room and asked a series of questions. It felt like sorority rush.
