The hiring process was very organized and quick - it started with a recruiter reaching out over LinkedIn, then had a 30 min phone screen, then was brought in for an in-person interview with three different Account Managers, then was brought for a lunch interview and at the end was given the job offer on the spot.

they first contacted me by email and let me know they would call me to give me further detail. I received a call that gave me instructions about the interview. I was asked about my location, college/ education over the phone. Then I was asked to come in for an interview. It was one on one and I was asked standard questions. I received an email a week later letting me know that I did not get the job

Interview
I was contacted by phone by a recruiter pretty quickly after submitting my application. Over the phone I was asked a few questions like "What do you know about Insight Global?" and "Why sales?". At the end of that conversation I scheduled an in person interview. During that interview, I met with one of the Sales Managers and an Account Manager. The interview was pretty casual and relaxed. They mostly wanted to get to know you as a person and see if you were charismatic, outgoing, passionate, energetic, etc.... I was told by my recruiter ahead of time that the biggest thing they are looking for is likability. They also look for people who are driven and self-motivated. After two ~30 min conversations I was told by the Sales Director that I would be setting up a final round interview (either lunch or drinks) with the other Sales Director. Once that first interview was over I contacted my recruiter to go over my feedback. I then set up a final round interview.
