Insight Global Rrecruiter interview questions

I was contacted by a corporate recruiter through LinkedIn who was there for me every step of the way. I went through two rounds of in person interviews, the second being in the office and over lunch, and was offered the position the next day. The second interview was about 3 hours long and I spoke individually with multiple account managers about my background and expectations.

First a phone call, then an in person interview, followed by a final interview. Very transparent and clear objectives. Very casual interviews, must be outgoing and a people person.
