I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and scheduled an introductory phone call for the next day. Interviewed in-person and spoke with at least 4 different account managers before meeting every single person in the office in some strange kind of hazing ritual that all of the employees have accepted as the norm. Anyone with a decent sense of morals, beware, they have a “type” that they recruit for and that type is white and fratty. I’m shocked this organization hasn’t been canceled yet. The following interview was a lunch with two directors. Final interview was back at the office to meet with the regional manager. I was surprised and put off by questions like “did you party a lot when you were abroad?” or “did you know x club promoter?”. Would not recommend.
Easy process. There is an in person interview at the end that I flew out to. Unfortunately, the company did not pay for it and reassured me about the process. I felt confident the entire time and kept moving forward. In the end, they chose another girl and it's because she had a referral. I felt blindsided.
