I was invited to an interview at a careers fair, i had an interview with the head of talent acquisition on campus. I later had two interviews in person in their London office. It felt like a waste of time and extremely excessive to have 3 interviews for this role as each one was pretty much the same. The office culture was very strange they test you to see how you react in social situations. The protocol when you enter the office as a interviewee is strange, all 30/40 people come and greet you and shake your hand at the entrance. They do this to test you and see if you react well or shy away. This felt very unatural as they announced when I walked in the room... which felt slightly OTT. The interviews themselves were pretty standard. The final interview was with the managing director, she rescheduled it the day of to earlier in the day which felt inconsiderate seeing as I travelled from university to attend the interview. She was in a rush and the interview did not go fantasticly. The head of talent barely gave me any feedback after this and I felt very misled by him.
