Insight Global Recruiting interview questions

The interview process was thorough, with multiple rounds, and screening from various different staff. They ask thoughtful questions that require thinking which is nice, to see if you actually are interested in the position. It did feel misleading though in a way where they reassure you how much they like you and tell you about considerable start dates, have you shadow someone for half an hour, do presentations, and then reject you. It was blindsiding for sure and unexpected.

Felt too good to be true, then after getting dragged through many interviews, they decided to move on with others. Nice people, however, felt misled by their interest. The interviews felt rushed, and they did most of the talking, often repeating the same thing, making it hard to share about myself or ask questions.
