Insight Global interview questions

Four rounds of interviews, all in-person, final interview was a happy hour with the whole team. Very conversational based interview, discussed previous leadership and sales experience. Also, discussed company values - which one I relate to the most, my values, and how my values have impacted my life.

There was a 3 step process. They were super friendly and prepped me for every step. They were very helpful with any questions I had. It is important to take what they say seriously because they ask a lot of questions regarding their values and how it relates to you.
