One intro call, two zooms, one final interview in person. The first zoom is all about you, why you want to be in staffing, and what you know about Insight Global. The second is flipped, where you compile 10-15 questions and drive the interview, asking the account manager questions about the company. The final is a presentation given to an account manager, a sales manager, and the director of operations. It can seem intimidating but is very conversational and a lot of fun. Then you're taken out to lunch where you spend 80% doing personal conversation. You are assigned a recruiter throughout the whole process who calls you weekly to give you advice on the upcoming stage. This whole process with IG was great and super friendly. Make sure you prepare, but don't stress the presentation, it is a lot of fun!
