Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I interviewed with Insight Global earlier this year and had a great experience! Prior to Insight Global I had interviewed with many companies who's interview processes left me less-than-enthused about the jobs and the working environments. Throughout the interview process with Insight Global I met with multiple employees in different roles who all answered questions, provided valuable personal insight into the upsides and the hardships of their careers, and expressed their the overwhelming sense of pride they took in their jobs and their company. Insight Global is the only interview that left me feeling excited about the career opportunity, my potential future colleagues, and fully aware of what it was going to take to not only get the job--but succeed.

Applied through my school's website. Heard back from a recruiter through email- wanted to set up a phone interview. Easy questions, basic. Set up in-person interview. My recruiter sent me a helpful email regarding what to wear, questions to ask, how to prepare. She was very helpful. Went in for the interview and spoke with one person for about 40 mins, very conversational and easy going interview. Spoke with another person for about 20 mins, same type of thing, just different angled questions. Heard back a week later through email that I didn't get the job.
