My friend from college worked (she no longer does) for the Seattle location and upon my graduation she recommended me to the company. I received a call from a corporate recruiter and scheduled an interview in the Seattle office. The interviews were really simple, basic questions about my resume. It was more of a personality-based interview rather than a skills-based one. The second interview was at a nice seafood restaurant not far from the location. It was very nice that they take their candidates out to lunch as this is rare for an entry-level position, at least that I've come across. A few days later I received an offer over the telephone and then sent me formal paperwork. The office itself was not particularly impressive, I do not even think the employees promoted to sales have their own office. However, every single person I met and interviewed with was really pleasant and I enjoyed the conversations we had.
