Insight Global interview questions

Easiest interview on the planet. I was never asked about the position or what I understood of it. I was asked where I liked to go out on the weekends, what I liked to do in my spare time and what my favorite bar was. I was also then asked what I liked about sales and if I thought I would be great at sales. I was also asked what my goals were in the future and where I wanted to be in 5 years. Long story short, if you say you want sales, say you are a hard worker and want to work more than 45 hours a week, you will get the job. overall, I would say the interview process is a joke. The sales manager was a 26 year old kid who didn't seem to know anymore than I did and seemed like I was a waste of his time to meet with.

The company is a recruiting firm that may have an opportunity for me at some future point. As of this writing, there are no projects suitable to my core competencies.
