Insight Global interview questions

The interview was great, it was as much selling me on the company as it was me trying to sell myself. The corporate recruiter was a great talker, easygoing, good enough guy. Classic salesman. I left the interview feeling great about potential employment with Insight. Having a chance to talk to some former employees completely changed that. Few, if any, good things to say about the company. Happy to have declined their offer.

I had sent a message on my sorority's Listserv that I was moving to Chicago and whether anyone had any advice on apartments, jobs, etc. Soon after, another Kappa who I had never met before reached out, referred me to a Corporate Recruiter who got to know me better, and soon after I came in for an interview! The first round was in the office, where I met with a few Account Managers and a Sales Manager, and that went well. It was very conversational and I could tell they were trying to get a feel for my personality/what I would be like in front of clients. The next round, a lunch interview, was a few days later. The Sales Managers took me out to lunch, dug in a little more on my work ethic and career goals, and then I got a tour of the office. After the tour, I was offered the job! I was so excited about the energy of the office and about working alongside so many motivated people that I accepted on the spot. I have been here and happy ever since!!
