Insight Global attended my college's Job Fair. I met the Corporate Recruiter there and he followed up a few weeks later and set up an on-campus interview. The interview was great, he wanted to know about my social life, abroad experiences, athletic experiences, etc. I felt very comfortable and felt as thought I was spending time with a friend, (while also knowing it was an important interview). At the end of the interview he asked which city I would like to interview in. I chose the Chicago office and we set a date for about 2 weeks later for me to interview. He was very helpful and gave me tips and told me what to expect in my interview in Chicago. We chatted on the phone before my interview and he instilled a lot of confidence in me. When I arrived at the Chicago office an Account Manager introduced themselves, offered me a glass of water and showed me to a conference room to wait to meet who I was interviewing with. I interviewed formally with 3 different account managers who were all very personable and nice. Afterwards I had a brief meeting with the Sales Manager and he invited me back for a lunch interview. I came back for the lunch interview and then was offered the job. The entire process was great and I am so excited to begin work. I have never felt more comfortable in an office where I was not an employee.
