I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Golden Valley, MN) in Mar 2013
Interview
The hiring process was very straight forward. Started with an initial phone screening with the corporate recruiter. After that you are brought into the local office and meet with the Office Managers and an Account Manager. It’s actually a fun interview, be prepared to talk about what motivates and drives you to succeed and where you want your career to go. They will then introduce you to the office and you'll get to see how the office works. The last meeting will more than likely be an lunch or dinner with an Office Manager.

Question 1
The most difficult part of the process was that they expect you to drive the interview and conversations (practice for sales). Make sure you have a lot of questions about every aspect of the company, nothing is off limits.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (San José, San José) in Jul 2013
Interview
Had a phone interview which was comprised of very basic questions about my work experience and also my experience in college. The recruiter was very nice and extremely energetic. She scheduled me for an in person interview.
The in person interview I had was with 3 different people. It was kind of strange because they by far did more talking than me. Sometimes it was hard for me to get a word in. Again the questions were basic but it was hard to find time to speak. I realized then that this wasnt the job for me because I cant keep up with their insane energy.
