Insight Global interview questions

They discovered my information as they were looking to fill a production job. Once I called back, I spoke to three people saying that they would reach out at this time on this specific day. I accepted and gave them my two references. A few days later no one has replied, not even to say the position is no longer available. I've called and emailed. All three (two recruiters and the account manager) completely ghosted. So I accepted the offer and then they disappeared. After doing more research on the recruiters, I found out that this is a normal practice for them. Luckily, I booked other interviews and didn't wait. Avoid this company.

Very easy and straight forward. Casual conversation about experience and getting to know me better. I had the opportunity to ask all the questions I needed to and got them all answered with some loose ends. I think it was a very easy interview overall.
