Interview
I applied through my university and was granted an interview (to be held at my university), the University Recruiter had to cancel, so two weeks later I got a call from him, seeing if I was still interested and had an interview set up for me in my hometown over break. My campus recruiter was great, easy to talk to and was very helpful with what to expect in my interview. However, the actual interview seemed very fake and unnatural. I talked with two Account Managers at the location, both seeming very personable but they both overtook the whole conversation. They asked a few questions about past internships and how I deal with conflicts/different types of people. Overall, the whole company seems to have hardworking, young professionals, who are ALL type A personalities.
