I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
I was contacted by a corporate recruiter who tried to sell me on Inisght Global and set up a phone interview with me. I had the phone interview which was very basic... questions were not hard, mainly just wanted to get to know my personality. The recruiter immediately set up an on sight interview for me. The on sight was so unprofessional. I talked to 3 account managers for no longer than 3-5 minutes each. The only serious question asked was "why sales" but other than that it was very conversational. The corporate recruiter called me a few days later to inform me that I was not offered a position or further interview.

No difficult questions at all. Mostly conversational, asked what I do for fun at school.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Phoenix, AZ) in Jan 2014
Interview
The interview was conducted onsite. Very comfortable and relaxed. Almost seemed more like a conversation than an interview. Anxiety was minimized by the comfortable interviewing environment.

Question 1
Temporarily forgot the two major WAN routing protocols but made up for it as we discussed it further.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Insight Global (Scottsdale, AZ) in Sep 2013
Interview
One telephone interview, one interview in person far from my home (they did not reimburse me for gas cost), and one in the location I desired to work at. Long time periods between interviews. They were very nice, but when it came to for them to release me from the hiring process I received a generic email. They should respect applicants enough to tell them exact reasons and not leave them with the same email they send everyone....

Question 1
No difficult questions. It was not behavioral based at all.
