Insight Global interview questions

I was contacted by Recruiter from Global Insight. Brief phone screening with recruiter. Then talked to HR manager of Global Insight. Then on site interview with Johnson and Johnson. I had one on one interview with 2 managers of Johnson and Johnson. Mostly talking about my previous experience and how that experience related to job.

First step is a call to begin the interview process where Insight gets a "feel" for you, how you interact on the phone etc. Second Part is a 30 minute interview in person. The final interview comes after the interviewee and the Hiring Manager sit down and decide which of the candidates they want to continue with.
