Multiple people have reached out to me for an initial phone screen. One told me that they didn't think I had experience managing enough products, which I countered that I had been working on up to 15 at a time. They said that still wasn't enough. What?! Another person called me, and after our conversation told me that they wanted to get me on the phone with another person and then never responded to any emails or chats when I checked in. And all of their positions seem to offer really low pay.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2023
Interview
3 interviews, one is a presentation. Long interviews. Expect to be there for a couple hours. The last interview is a presentation and then they take you to lunch or drinks. Essentially told me I’d get the job and then got an impersonal rejection email.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Woburn, MA) in Dec 2022
Interview
I had an initial call with the recruiter and a single interview with the customer team leads. The decision was made within an hour of the interview. The whole process was very fast.
