I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
First I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn, and we had a short phone discussion very similar to a phone interview. I then interviewed in the Boston office, in which I met with three different people. First I met with my recruiter and he helped prep me for the interview and asked some basic questions. Next I met with one of the Account Manager heads, who oversaw all account managers, and finally I met with an experienced account manager. They all asked pretty similar questions, and it was more of a conversational interview. When the entire process was over my recruiter came back in and told me that he would call me to set up a second round interview. Unfortunately, I never received a call even after reaching back out.
Everyone was very friendly and the office culture seemed very cool. I almost didn't feel like I was interviewing. First interview was very informative as to what they do and expectations for the role. 2nd round was more laid back at lunch.

Interview
Spoke with 3 different people, both of the office managers and an account manager. the account manager seemed to rush the interview a little bit but my recruiter told me to try to really pull for personal conversation which i didn't do too much and see now as a possible downfall.
