Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Recruiter reached out over linkedin, set up a phone interview and brought me in the following week. Although the recruiter forgot to send me any information on the interview till the day of. Sounded like they were bringing in a lot of people which made it seem like they go through a lot of staff. Every person in this office is very ... pretty.... if you get my drift.

I was contacted by an employee and an interview was set up. The gentleman contacted me the day before the interview to confirm and gave me some nice words of advice. I went in for the interview and was there for about 30 minutes. During the interview, I found out the position was as a recruiter, not an account manager. Once I left, I never heard back from the company again.
