Insight Global interview questions

A process of 3 interviews. They seemed to share the parts about their company that made them appealing such as company culture yet failed to be transparent about the first year of pay until I had to reach out the recruiter myself since it was never talked about in the interviews nor did they give me time to ask questions. All in all, it seemed like it was not a if you don’t intend on sticking with it for 3 years to achieve the compensation worth the grind they put you through.

Interview process was in person. I met with a number of people. It was a very a tough interview and they asked great questions . I did not get asked back I would say because I was nervous
