I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Jun 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of 4 rounds. First round was a phone screening of about 30 min to get to know me. The second interview was a virtual meeting with a sales manager that lasted about an hour. Third meeting was also virtual with the other sales manager which also lasted an hour. They said since I would be relocating, I should shadow in my local IG office. Shadowed for 2 hours in the local office. Fourth and final interview was a 10-15 min presentation on myself, focusing on why sales, and why IG. After exactly 5 weeks total, I was told it was me versus another candidate, and the other candidate did better. My TA had full confidence in me and so did the employees at the local IG. Felt a little blindsided to be honest.
Overall a very long process. Lots and lots of phone calls with the TA before and after all steps of the hiring process.
