Interview
The phone interview felt rushed and lacked depth. The interviewer asked only basic, standard questions, offering little opportunity for me to elaborate on my experience or skills. It seemed more like a quick screening than a genuine attempt to get to know me as a candidate. There wasn’t much back-and-forth, and the conversation felt scripted rather than engaging. Overall, it left me unsure of where I stood in the process or how seriously my application was being considered.
3 rounds. The interview process included a call with a recruiter, an on-site interview with a sales manager, and a shadow day with members of the team. This process took less than a month total.
