I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global
Interview
Very conversational. Business professional attire, however the interview was very relaxed. I was not asked many direct questions, however we discussed my experience and how I was successful in past roles. Do your research on the company.
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Quick, past paced, ad hoc interview sessions with a number of individuals, mostly conversational based to gage social skills and personality. Interviews were sociable and engaging, so it's best to reciprocate.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Insight Global (Irvine, CA)
Interview
Very negative experience. Someone reached out to me for an interview and basically just asked me to tell them about myself. After that, they told me the wanted me to come in for an interview. They told me I would be meeting with someone but when I showed up for the interview the person I was supposed to meet never showed up. Instead, they made me meet with someone who was clearly in a rush and clearly did not want to be interviewing anyone that day. They didnt ask any questions, basically just wanted to see if I could talk about myself. When it came time for me to ask questions the girl seemed irritated and very busy and overall very rushed. After she told me she wanted to meet with someone higher up. Sat there for 5 minutes then she came back and said no one was available and someone would reach out to me over email and I never heard back
Dont know how they can expect to get to properly review candidates in 10 minutes or less. Company environment seemed very superficial and the interview process was more about what you looked like then your skills.
