Insight Global Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was contacted 3 separate times on LinkedIn by 3 different recruiters. I then had an in person interview and I thought it went well but I guess not. I was very conversational and enthusiastic but I guess I didn't fit their mold. I also emailed the recruiter back after she informed me that I didn't get the job asking if I could get some feedback and she never replied. Doesn't seem like a very professional company at all which is sad because I was excited about the opportunity of working there.

Everyone at Insight Global is very friendly and energetic. When interviewing they want to see your personality and ability to carry a conversation above professionalism. Overall, it is an easy interview with some personal questions and some behavior based questions.
