I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (San Jose, CA) in Jan 2016
Interview
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a corporate recruiter. After a brief screening on the phone I was set up with an interview in person. This interview was with 6 different people over the course of an hour.
They ask fairly typical questions, but more importantly want you to have a lot of questions.

Interview
I interviewed at the SF office. Very welcoming and down-to-earth people, but you can tell they mean business. Process with recruiter was very smooth, and after a 20 minute phone screen with some basic questions, I was offered a first-round interview in SF. The interview was brief (only one of the individuals who usually does the interview was there) with some very standard behavioral questions. Found out a few days later that I wasn't offered a second-round interview because I wasn't the best fit for the position.

Interview
Was contacted by a corporate recruiter for a phone interview on Friday. She was really good at her job and we chatted about my interest and myself and then she told me about the company and it sounded too good to be true. I had and interview the following Monday she contacted me several times between Friday and Monday getting me ready for the interview and wished me good luck. We really hit it off over the phone and I was really excited. I interviewed with a sales manager, someone different then who I spoke with on the pone. The interview was very conversational I asked most of the questions. He was running late and I had to wait for 20 minutes in a closed off room. He never apologized, wasn't a big deal but I was a little annoyed. The interview went well, I wish he would have asked more questions to get to know me a little better, he seemed a little inexperienced in how to interview someone.
