I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Insight Global (Miami, FL) in Jun 2016
Interview
I met with a sales manager in the Miami office who talked with me for no more than 5 minutes. The only question she asked me was to tell her about myself. I was told I would be meeting with a few different people during the interview, something which I was looking forward to learn more about the role and get to know the company better. However, when she got up to go get an Account Manager to come speak with me, she returned alone and said all of them were busy, and that she would show me out. I spent no more than 10 minutes in their office, brushed off and was made feel like my time was much less valuable than theirs. I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful they were. Very poor reflection of the company as a whole

Interview
A recruiter from Insight Global reached out to me on LinkedIn. I thought I would give it a try for interview practice, as I was applying to many jobs, but ended up falling in love with the company. First phone interview was really just a 20 min conversation to get a sense of your personality. She then invited me to an in-person interview. During this interview, there were a few questions about relevant background experience, but again, the hiring managers/account managers that I spoke with were clearly trying to get an idea about personality. The final interview is a lunch interview where you are really told to be outgoing and personable. This is where, as an interviewee, you are expected to really carry the conversation. In my opinion, this process really gives the hiring managers an idea about who you are (aka, you can't really fake a personality through all of these steps). And they can teach anyone how to do the job, so PERSONALITY IS KEY.
Sidenote: A lot of reviews say don't apply if you are not a "Barbie Doll". Everyone I met through the interview process was NOT a size 0 and blonde, but most were attractive. This is not the company being shallow, this is typical for any SALES position. You are going to be trying to sell the company by selling yourself.
Overall, I had a very enjoyable interview process and I can not wait to begin!

Interview
initially contacted by a corporate recruiter, set up an in person interview for the following week. met with the corporate recruiter and two account managers and a sales manager. the interview went very well and felt very natural in conversation (which is what the recruiter told me they were looking for). the interview lasted about an hour and I asked each person I met with if they had any hesitations as to why I would not be a good fit for the position, they all answered no. I was told my recruiter would be calling me that afternoon, which he did not, I called him the next day to check in and was told I would be contacted within the next few days with a decision. I received an email from my recruiter that they were not able to offer me the position. I then replied simply asking for feedback and received no response. seems like they have a very specific mold for how they want their candidates to act and if they deviate from that mold in the slightest, they will not be hired.
